Adem\u00e1s, por un lado, ampl\u00edan la capacidad legal de las personas que acuden, pues las orientan y, por otro, no se abstienen de atender los conflictos cuando hay una carencia de documentaci\u00f3n oficial, por ejemplo, un acta de nacimiento, matrimonio o t\u00edtulo de propiedad. El registro del trabajo que realizan de forma sistem\u00e1tica es, a\u00fan una tarea pendiente para evidenciar la importancia de estos centros en la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y la ampliaci\u00f3n del acceso a la justicia en estas comunidades.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1035bebe e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1035bebe\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-440ea746 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"440ea746\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">REFLEXI\u00d3N 2<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38dc1a68 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"38dc1a68\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Subyace una ambivalencia y contradicci\u00f3n desde la perspectiva intercultural, pues el PJEdoMex ha ayudado a la creaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de los CPD, pero sin reconocimiento jur\u00eddico. Esta contradicci\u00f3n permea en la falta de apropiaci\u00f3n de los centros por parte de las comunidades y, tambi\u00e9n, en la expectativa que tienen para que el PJEdoMex solvente las necesidades, lo que pone en riesgo su operaci\u00f3n cotidiana, como es la remuneraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de los mediadores y la capacitaci\u00f3n continua.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3fb3fa14 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3fb3fa14\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40eb71de elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"40eb71de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">REFLEXI\u00d3N 3<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ebdaf8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2ebdaf8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La integraci\u00f3n de los CPD a los tejidos comunitarios es de primera importancia para que operen y les sean \u00fatiles a la poblaci\u00f3n. Esta integraci\u00f3n debe implicar una consulta adecuada, con pertinencia cultural y ling\u00fc\u00edstica para que puedan ser arropados por la comunidad. Esta apropiaci\u00f3n comunitaria necesita ir acompa\u00f1ada de una persona que cuente con la legitimidad, validaci\u00f3n y reconocimiento comunitario, adem\u00e1s de las herramientas necesarias para operar un centro de este tipo.
