Durante m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada, el World Justice Project\u00ae (WJP) ha creado la herramienta m\u00e1s completa para medir la situaci\u00f3n del Estado de Derecho en el mundo. Con encuestas en m\u00e1s de 120 pa\u00edses, el \u00cdndice de Estado de Derecho del WJP (WJP Rule of Law Index\u00ae, en ingl\u00e9s), captura las experiencias y perspectivas de la poblaci\u00f3n general y especialistas sobre diferentes dimensiones del Estado de Derecho, y presenta un panorama completo de las tendencias, fortalezas y debilidades institucionales sobre este tema alrededor del mundo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Desde 2018, WJP publica el \u00cdndice de Estado de Derecho en M\u00e9xico (IEDMX) 2020-2021, el cual mide el grado de adhesi\u00f3n al Estado de Derecho de las 32 entidades federativas en el pa\u00eds. Este \u00cdndice retoma el marco conceptual y metodol\u00f3gico que se aplica a nivel global, con las adaptaciones pertinentes para reflejar la arquitectura institucional de M\u00e9xico y las competencias de los distintos \u00f3rdenes de gobierno.<\/span><\/p>

Les invitamos al lanzamiento de la tercera <\/span>edici\u00f3n del IEDMX, el cual <\/span>presenta nuevos datos e indicadores organizados en ocho factores: l\u00edmites al poder gubernamental, ausencia de corrupci\u00f3n, gobierno abierto, derechos fundamentales, orden y seguridad, cumplimiento regulatorio, justicia civil y justicia penal, y refleja las perspectivas y opiniones de m\u00e1s 25 mil ciudadanos y ciudadanas, y 2,300 especialistas en temas de justicia civil, justicia penal, justicia laboral y salud p\u00fablica en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>

WJP Mexico States Rule of Law Index 2020-2021<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

For over a decade, the World Justice Project\u00ae (WJP) has created the most comprehensive tool for measuring the state of the rule of law in the world. With surveys in more than 120 countries, the WJP Rule of Law Index\u00ae captures the experiences and perspectives of the general population and specialists on different dimensions of the rule of law, and presents a complete overview of institutional trends, strengths and weaknesses on this topic around the world.<\/span><\/p>

Since 2018, WJP has published the Mexico States Rule of Law Index (IEDMX), which measures the degree of adherence to the rule of law of the 32 states in the country. This tool uses the same conceptual framework and methodology that the WJP has used globally, with the pertinent adaptations to reflect the institutional architecture of Mexico and the jurisdiction of the different levels of government.<\/span><\/p>

We are pleased to invite you to the launch of the third edition of the IEDMX, which presents new data and indicators organized into eight factors: Constraints on Government Powers, Absence of Corruption, Open Government, Fundamental Rights, Order & Security, Regulatory Enforcement, Civil Justice, and Criminal Justice. It reflects the perspectives and opinions of more than 25 thousand citizens and 2,300 specialists in civil justice, criminal justice, labor justice and public health issues throughout the country.<\/span><\/p>
