      El Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales y el World Justice Project (WJP) medir\u00e1n el avance en materia de justicia abierta durante 2021 en M\u00e9xico, con el prop\u00f3sito de contribuir a consolidar el modelo de justicia abierta en el pa\u00eds, a partir de una medici\u00f3n objetiva y clara, anunci\u00f3 el Comisionado Adri\u00e1n Alcal\u00e1 M\u00e9ndez.\u00a0<\/p>

      \u201cPara La M\u00e9trica 2021, cuyo resultado se entregar\u00e1 en el 2022, hemos hecho una alianza desde el INAI y el Sistema Nacional de Transparencia muy importante con el World Justice Project para incorporar este concepto de medici\u00f3n de justicia abierta, en donde se revisar\u00e1n a todos los poderes judiciales y a todas las instancias de justicia en M\u00e9xico\u201d, expuso.\u00a0<\/p>

      Al participar en la clausura del Seminario Rumbo a la Construcci\u00f3n de una Pol\u00edtica de Justicia Abierta, convocado por el Instituto de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales de Quintana Roo (IDAIP QROO), Alcal\u00e1 M\u00e9ndez subray\u00f3 que la justicia abierta permite un di\u00e1logo horizontal no solamente entre las autoridades encargadas de impartir justicia y las personas justiciables, sino con la sociedad en general.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      El Comisionado del INAI resalt\u00f3 que el concepto de justicia abierta va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la publicaci\u00f3n de las sentencias, pero es un paso muy importante para conocer c\u00f3mo piensan los jueces, que la sociedad pueda saber si un juez est\u00e1 siendo congruente respecto de un caso determinado.\u00a0<\/p>

      \u201cYa no m\u00e1s al oscurantismo, ya no m\u00e1s a la secrec\u00eda de resoluciones; la labor de los jueces, del Poder Judicial en general es fundamental para fortalecer la vida democr\u00e1tica de este pa\u00eds\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 Alcal\u00e1 M\u00e9ndez, al impartir la conferencia magistral La Reforma al art\u00edculo 73 de la Ley General de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica: un camino hacia la justicia abierta.\u00a0<\/p>

      \u201cHoy, m\u00e1s que nunca, el poder judicial posee la gran responsabilidad de reducir la brecha que ha existido por mucho tiempo, entre la sociedad y la impartici\u00f3n de justicia, de hecho, el Poder Judicial es el que se ve m\u00e1s alejado de la sociedad, cosas tan simples como no recurrir a tecnicismos innecesarios, vienen a generar un impacto en la transparencia y, en consecuencia, en la justicia\u201d, concluy\u00f3.\u00a0<\/p>

      Leslie Sol\u00eds, Administradora de Proyectos del Estado de Derecho en M\u00e9xico, de WJP, subray\u00f3 que el modelo de justicia abierta se va a traducir en mayor legitimidad y en mayores niveles de confianza de la poblaci\u00f3n en general hacia las instituciones del ecosistema de justicia.\u00a0<\/p>
