A partir de los testimonios de operadores, vi\u0301ctimas y sentenciados en Quere\u0301taro, asi\u0301 como de hallazgos en investigacio\u0301n documental, se plantean recomendaciones de poli\u0301tica pu\u0301blica dirigidas a las autoridades responsables de justicia penal queretanas para buscar el fortalecimiento y sostenibilidad de uno de los esfuerzos ma\u0301s avanzados de consolidacio\u0301n de la justicia oral en Me\u0301xico.
