class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">En conjunto con el Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (INAI), <\/span><span lang=\"ES\">el World Justice Project y el Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n en Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas y Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n (IIRCCC),<\/span> <strong><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">elaboramos la primera M\u00e9trica de Justicia Abierta en M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"> que permitir\u00e1 conocer el grado de <strong>apertura<\/strong> de las m\u00faltiples instituciones que componen el ecosistema de justicia en M\u00e9xico, es decir, aquellas que procuran, administran e imparten justicia, as\u00ed como las que protegen y promueven los derechos humanos.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Analizar la apertura de las instituciones implica medir <\/span>si las personas podemos <strong>conocer<\/strong> su funcionamiento, <strong>participar<\/strong> con ellas, <strong>incidir <\/strong>en sus decisiones, as\u00ed como prevenir y <strong>denunciar<\/strong> posibles excesos o ilegalidades. <span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Un antecedente relevante es la M\u00e9trica de Gobierno Abierto la cual sirvi\u00f3 de punto de partida para analizar a m\u00e1s de 200 instituciones del ecosistema de justicia de las 32 entidades federativas y de la Federaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de las dimensiones de transparencia, participaci\u00f3n, colaboraci\u00f3n y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas desagregadas en 42 variables.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Entendemos a la Justicia Abierta como un modelo de justicia <\/span>en el que los servicios responden directa y efectivamente a las necesidades ciudadanas<span lang=\"ES\"> y, a <\/span>su vez, las instituciones generan espacios de interlocuci\u00f3n con la ciudadan\u00eda para informar, escuchar y retroalimentar sus decisiones.\u00a0<span lang=\"ES\">Adoptar un modelo de justicia abierta implica <\/span><strong><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">colocar a las personas en el centro<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"> de la actuaci\u00f3n cotidiana de las instituciones del ecosistema de justicia.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ES\">La Justicia Abierta tiene tres premisas: es responsabilidad de todas las instituciones del ecosistema de justicia (y no solo de los tribunales) promover, garantizar y defender los derechos humanos. <\/span>Las personas est\u00e1n al centro a trav\u00e9s de la co-creaci\u00f3n e incidencia ciudadana en las decisiones p\u00fablicas y <span lang=\"ES\">es disruptiva porque rompe estructuras piramidales de las instituciones que son tradicionalmente jer\u00e1rquicas y herm\u00e9ticas.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Por lo tanto, desarrollamos esta m\u00e9trica oficial de manera colaborativa para proveer una l\u00ednea base que sirva de gu\u00eda para incorporar la perspectiva de centralidad de las personas a la actuaci\u00f3n de las instituciones de justicia, bajo una l\u00f3gica de apertura y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/span><\/p><p><span
