un evento que tuvo lugar en el antiguo Sal\u00f3n de Consejo de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Yucat\u00e1n (UADY), participaron el anfitri\u00f3n Carlos Alberto Estrada Pinto, Rector de la UADY, Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez Arreola, director de Proyectos de Estado Derecho del World Justice Project, Mar\u00eda Carolina Silvestre Canto, Magistrada Presidenta del Poder Judicial, y la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno, Mar\u00eda Dolores Fritz Sierra, quien inform\u00f3 sobre los resultados obtenidos en mediciones realizadas por el World Justice Project.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>La representante del Gobierno del estado, dio a conocer que Yucat\u00e1n destac\u00f3 como una de las entidades con mayor adhesi\u00f3n al Estado de Derecho, est\u00e1 entre los cinco mejores estados en materia de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, en la M\u00e9trica de Justicia Abierta, tuvo logros significativos en los rubros de seguridad y justicia y se mantiene como el estado m\u00e1s seguro del pa\u00eds, con la tasa m\u00e1s baja de incidencia delictiva, seg\u00fan datos del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Ante Juan Manuel Le\u00f3n Le\u00f3n, Fiscal General del Estado y Jorge Luis Avil\u00e9s Lizama, Secretario T\u00e9cnico de Planeaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n, &nbsp;Mar\u00eda Fritz agreg\u00f3 que esos logros no son obra de un esfuerzo aislado, sino que han sido posibles gracias al trabajo coordinado con todos los actores sociales, adem\u00e1s de haber forjado alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas con el Poder Judicial, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, la CODHEY, el IEPAC, el INAIP, el Poder Legislativo y la ASEY, entre otros.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Por su parte, la presidenta del Consejo de la Judicatura y el Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Carolina Canto Vald\u00e9s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 avances en Justicia Abierta, enfoc\u00e1ndose en la transparencia y el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, atendiendo solicitudes de manera inmediata y orientando al ciudadano.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Tambi\u00e9n dijo que se implementaron mejoras en la publicaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n relevante, se promovi\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico y se aplic\u00f3 el principio de publicidad en los procesos.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>A su vez, Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez, coment\u00f3 que el World Justice Project promueve el Estado de Derecho en M\u00e9xico y el mundo, y un sistema de justicia &nbsp;que sea confiable, cercano y eficaz para garantizar la realizaci\u00f3n de los derechos de las personas.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Es importante destacar que estos encuentros buscan impulsar la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los sectores p\u00fablico, social y privado, facilitando la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas efectivas y el intercambio de conocimientos en \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas del sistema de
