{"id":4879,"date":"2024-04-17T12:02:53","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T18:02:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldjusticeproject.mx\/?p=4879"},"modified":"2024-05-28T15:18:32","modified_gmt":"2024-05-28T21:18:32","slug":"impulsa-el-poder-judicial-de-yucatan-y-world-justice-project-politicas-de-justicia-abierta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldjusticeproject.mx\/en\/impulsa-el-poder-judicial-de-yucatan-y-world-justice-project-politicas-de-justicia-abierta\/","title":{"rendered":"Impulsa el Poder Judicial de Yucat\u00e1n y World Justice Project pol\u00edticas de justicia abierta"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"4879\" class=\"elementor elementor-4879\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36ba4c4 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"36ba4c4\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8fcf7f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8fcf7f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>En coordinaci\u00f3n con miembros de la asociaci\u00f3n civil internacional World Justice Project, personal del Poder Judicial participar\u00e1 en el seminario <strong><em><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">\u00abRumbo a la construcci\u00f3n de una Pol\u00edtica de Justicia Abierta\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/strong>, como parte de la apertura de las autoridades yucatecas para avanzar hacia una justicia m\u00e1s accesible, efectiva e inclusiva para toda la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Al dar la bienvenida al primero de cinco m\u00f3dulos que impartir\u00e1n reconocidos ponentes, la <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Magistrada Presidenta del Poder Judicial, Mar\u00eda Carolina Silvestre Canto Vald\u00e9s<\/span><\/strong> agradeci\u00f3 a <span style=\"color: #482d8b;\"><strong>Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez Arreola, Director Global de Incidencia de WJP<\/strong><\/span> por compartir buenas pr\u00e1cticas de otros ecosistemas judiciales y destac\u00f3 el compromiso de Yucat\u00e1n por incorporarlas en su <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Declaratoria para una Justicia Abierta<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">World Justice Project<\/span><\/strong> (Proyecto de Justicia Mundial \u00f3 WJP, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) es una organizaci\u00f3n independiente, internacional y multidisciplinaria que trabaja para impulsar el Estado de Derecho en diversas partes del mundo, por lo que se resalt\u00f3 la apertura del Poder Judicial, lo que permitir\u00e1 ampliar conocimientos y aplicar estrategias que contin\u00faen promoviendo la transparencia, la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas en el sistema judicial de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>El acceso p\u00fablico a los asuntos judiciales no solo es un derecho, sino un pilar democr\u00e1tico fundamental y por ello la importancia de mejorar la calidad de las decisiones judiciales y fortalecer el v\u00ednculo entre el Poder Judicial y la comunidad. Este tema es una prioridad para el desarrollo institucional y la relaci\u00f3n con la sociedad, enfatiz\u00f3 la magistrada.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">En el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico Institucional 2022- 2026 se han delineado objetivos espec\u00edficos para mejorar la transparencia, el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n judicial y fomentar la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, con el fin de mejorar el servicio de justicia en el Estado<\/span><\/strong>.
