Comisionada Presidente<strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\"> Paulina Compean<\/span> <span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Torres<\/span><\/strong> asever\u00f3 que el IDAIP es un \u00f3rgano aut\u00f3nomo comprometido con la generaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que ponen \u00a0al ciudadano en el centro de sus acciones, como un activo participante en ejecuci\u00f3n de los planes de gobierno, a trav\u00e9s de su involucramiento en el dise\u00f1o de estrategias para satisfacer las necesidades y problem\u00e1ticas reales y actuales, por eso puntualiz\u00f3 que estos ejercicios , los comprometen a trabajar en conjunto y de la mano, con una \u00a0alianza entre los gobiernos, organismos aut\u00f3nomos\u00a0 y la sociedad, inspirada en los valores de la transparencia, la confianza, la responsabilidad social, la colaboraci\u00f3n y la voluntad pol\u00edtica, para as\u00ed construir el Durango y M\u00e9xico que tanto anhelan los ciudadanos.<\/p><p>El Comisionado Presidente del INAI <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Adri\u00e1n Alcal\u00e1<\/span> <\/strong>se\u00f1alo que <strong><em>la Justicia Abierta es la existencia de normas, pol\u00edticas y capacidades institucionales que garanticen la transparencia, el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en las funciones jurisdiccionales y no jurisdiccionales que desempe\u00f1an las instituciones judiciales, en un marco de integridad y responsabilidad y mediante la innovaci\u00f3n en el uso de
