Arceo<\/span><\/strong>, con el director del programa Word Justice Project (WJP), <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez Arreola<\/span><\/strong>, se trazaron las metas y los objetivos para elevar a Quintana Roo a los primeros lugares en los indicadores en temas relacionados en el<strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\"> \u00cdndice de Estado de Derecho en M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p><p>La gobernadora de Quintana Roo reconoci\u00f3 que hay rezagos heredados pero que su administraci\u00f3n avanza y tiene el firme compromiso, disposici\u00f3n y class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cabe destacar que <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Word Justice Project<\/span><\/strong> eval\u00faa diversos factores que\u00a0 incluyen la delimitaci\u00f3n del poder gubernamental, la ausencia de corrupci\u00f3n, la apertura gubernamental, el respeto a los derechos fundamentales, el mantenimiento del orden y la seguridad, el cumplimiento regulatorio, la administraci\u00f3n de justicia civil y penal.<\/p><p>Es importante destacar que Quintana Roo se sit\u00faa en el octavo lugar a nivel nacional en el \u00edndice de Gobierno Abierto y Transparencia, gracias al trabajo conjunto entre la sociedad civil y el gobierno desde el inicio de la administraci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Como parte de los acuerdos y l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n a trabajar a corto plazo, se estableci\u00f3 abrir mesas de compromisos integradas por diversas dependencias y entidades gubernamentales clave como <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">SECOES, SEFIPLAN, CEMER, SEOP, Oficial\u00eda Mayor, Poder Judicial, TJAQROO, TEQROO, Junta de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje<\/span><\/strong>, entre otras, para crear una agenda de trabajo y mejorar las pr\u00e1cticas anti-corrupci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito gubernamental y legislativo.<\/p><p>Estas mesas se encargar\u00e1n de analizar y proponer acciones concretas para combatir la corrupci\u00f3n y fortalecer el Estado de Derecho en Quintana Roo.<\/p><p>En el evento estuvieron presentes <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Cynthia Dehesa Guzm\u00e1n<\/span><\/strong>, Directora de Ciudadanos por la Transparencia; la secretaria de Gobierno, <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Cristina Torres G\u00f3mez<\/span><\/strong>; el secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana , <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Contraalmirante Julio C\u00e9sar\u00a0 G\u00f3mez Torres<\/span><\/strong>; Magistrado <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Heyden Cebada Rivas<\/span><\/strong>, presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado; el fiscal General del Estado, <strong><span style=\"color: #482d8b;\">Raciel L\u00f3pez Salazar<\/span><\/strong> y el secretario particular, <strong><span style=\"color:
