Este 23 de octubre, el World Justice Project<\/span><\/strong> (WJP) present\u00f3 la catorceava edici\u00f3n del \u00cdndice Global de Estado de Derecho 2024<\/a><\/span>. Por s\u00e9ptimo a\u00f1o consecutivo, el Estado de Derecho se ha erosionado en la mayor\u00eda de los pa\u00edses. Sin embargo, los datos del \u00cdndice tambi\u00e9n muestran que la recesi\u00f3n mundial del Estado de Derecho se ha ralentizado y que es posible progresar.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

\u201cTras a\u00f1os de declive del estado de derecho, puede ser f\u00e1cil centrarse en lo negativo. Pero hacerlo ser\u00eda ignorar los logros en la lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n y el arduo trabajo que se est\u00e1 realizando para mejorar los sistemas de justicia en todo el mundo\u201d<\/em> menciona William H. Neukom<\/span><\/strong>, cofundador y presidente del WJP. \u201cDebemos redoblar nuestros esfuerzos para ampliar estos logros del estado de derecho en todos los \u00e1mbitos\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

El\u00a0Informe M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0del\u00a0\u00cdndice Global de Estado de Derecho 2023<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0muestra d\u00f3nde se encuentra el pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como sus fortalezas y debilidad a trav\u00e9s de los ocho factores, as\u00ed como los puntajes, posiciones y tendencias desde el 2015 hasta nivel sub-factor.
