Este \u00cdndice es la evaluaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s completa del Estado de Derecho en el mundo, y es la \u00fanica medici\u00f3n que se construye a partir de datos primarios que reflejan, de primera mano, la perspectiva y experiencia de las personas en su vida cotidiana.
