Este instrumento ha sido utilizado por tomadores de decisiones y citado en m\u00e1s de 3,500 medios alrededor del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<em>\u00cdndice de Estado de Derecho en M\u00e9xico 2018\u00a0<\/em>es el primer informe subnacional producido por el WJP para medir, utilizando el mismo marco metodol\u00f3gico del instrumento global, la adhesi\u00f3n al Estado de Derecho en los 32 estados del pa\u00eds. Este informe presenta nuevos datos e indicadores organizados en ocho factores: contrapesos del poder gubernamental, ausencia de corrupci\u00f3n, gobierno abierto, derechos fundamentales, seguridad p\u00fablica, cumplimiento regulatorio, justicia civil y justicia penal, y se construyeron con base en m\u00e1s de 26 mil encuestas a ciudadanos y expertos en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Disponible a partir del 9 de octubre de 2018, el\u00a0<em>\u00cdndice de Estado de Derecho en M\u00e9xico 2018 <\/em>ser\u00e1 presentado en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y contaremos con un panel de discusi\u00f3n de expertos sobre el tema. Esta presentaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 transmitida en l\u00ednea en este sitio.
